to anyone that might find this later! Play silent pill 1. Its translated and quite literally the exact same game as this. The caveat is that this has a different character and thus different pictures. You can download the game and check out the screenshots to see the new pics but just play the first one instead. Has the same plot all the way down to the same map traversed in the same way.
