2024, as in it released 2 days ago... Go to the patreon (linked on the 1st page) and it's available for free. It's the most recent one, dated Aug. 11 (when it released for paid members).

As Reji said, it has been available since the 6th of September this year. Just not updated this page, also I do not expect to, as I marked it abandoned (by F95 standards anyhow). It will be updated with each release of the main gain though.
